Welcome to season 6 competitive play in Overwatch

OWBoostRoyal has collected you the most important patch notes for season 6. For this season, Blizzard listened mostly to player feedback and made a number of changes based on it, to improve the competitive gameplay. The first important change is the length of each season which was reduced to 2 months. By shortening the seasons, Blizzard tries to enhance the competitive feel of the game by giving it a new fresher experience. In order to make climbing ranks easier in these shortened seasons, players now receive 15 competitive points for each victory and a 5 for a tie.
